Due to ongoing community-wide spread of the highly-transmissible Omicron variant, many veterinary clinics are currently facing staffing shortages and related workforce challenges.

At the OVC Health Sciences Centre, your pet’s care is our top priority and we are doing everything in our power to maintain the level of care and service you’ve come to expect while protecting the safety of our clinical staff. We are proactively managing caseloads to ensure clinical coverage for our patients, but unfortunately, last-minute delays and appointment cancellations are possible. We ask for your patience and understanding during this time.
